Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Rv Creations. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or utilizing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Payments & Orders

• Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% of the total order value is required as an advance to begin the production process for any customized item.
• Order Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment.
• Manual Payments: We may provide instructions for manual bank transfers or cash payments where applicable. Digital payments are handled securely via PayHere.

Shipping & Delivery

• Timelines: Standard items typically take 7–14 days for delivery. Flower preservations take 3–4 weeks. These are estimates and may vary based on quantity and production complexity.
• Delays: Rv Creations is not liable for delays caused by shipping couriers, natural disasters, or other external factors beyond our control.

Intellectual Property & Promotions

• Ownership: All designs, logos, images, and content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Rv Creations. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
• Showcasing Work: We reserve the right to share photos or videos of completed custom artworks on our website and social media for promotional purposes.
• Opt-Out: If you do not wish for your custom piece to be shared, or if you wish for a post to be removed, we will honor your request upon written notification.

Limitation of Liability

Rv Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. We strive for excellence in every piece, but we cannot guarantee that every handcrafted item will be identical to the original preview images due to the nature of custom art.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Western Province.
