Thank you for shopping at Rv Creations. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. Because our products include handcrafted and highly personalized items, our refund and return policy is carefully structured to be fair to both our customers and our craftspeople.

Non-Returnable Items (Personalized Art)

Personalized arts featuring names, photos, or specific flower preservations are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable. Once the production process for a custom order has started, we cannot accept cancellations or returns for these items.

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a non-personalized item with a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

  • Report Timeline: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Process: Refunds for defects will be decided only after thorough examination and discussion with the customer.
  • Refund Limit: In approved cases, the total refund amount will be less than 50% of the original cost of the item.
  • Return Charges: Shipping charges for returning the item for inspection must be borne by the customer.

How Refunds are Processed

For approved refunds, the amount will be credited back to your **original payment method**. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor (PayHere).

Damaged During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item and contact us immediately (within 24–48 hours) so we can assist you with a claim and potential resolution.
